Software support is provided by our dedicated product team of software engineers here at Terrington Data Management, the creators of the LabsForm software.  We are dedicated to providing our clients with a seamless product lifecycle support team, comprising, software engineers, scientists and QA specialists, that covers the whole solution and related services from concept to post-delivery support. When you purchase LabsForm, you will enter into a partnership with Terrington that offers you the benefit of a common point of contact and communications channel whilst also ensuring greater understanding of your needs and how those needs are both interpreted and delivered.

Support is tailored to meet your requirements and can embrace any of the following:

  • Office hours telephone support

  • 24/7 telephone support

  • Auto generated error log that can be e-mailed for remote diagnostics

  • Remote system monitor (only where compatible with user network policies)

  • Minimum service levels for on-site support cover offered.

In addition to this we can also provide you with scientific support for the implementation of LabsForm into your lab.  This can vary from providing you with a range of validation scripts, through to us running your IQ/OQ validation for you or the provision of a consultancy service as required.
